To deepen digital integration across West Africa’s energy and infrastructure landscapes, global industrial software powerhouse, AVEVA, has concluded arrangement to host the premier edition of AVEVA Day Nigeria, reports ITREALMS.
The high-level technical symposium is scheduled to hold on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Eko Hotels & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The milestone event is anchored on the timely theme: “Driving the Transformation: Leveraging Digital Technologies and AI to Achieve Operational Excellence, Increase Efficiency and Reduce Emissions.”
It is designed to assemble a powerful ecosystem of regional industrial leaders, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies, technical experts, and policymakers to dissect how cloud-native industrial platforms, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Twin simulations are transforming asset design, construction, and life-cycle operations.
Nigeria's industrial sector is entering a pivotal phase. Operators face intense pressure to enhance asset reliability, optimize operational costs, and unlock critical gas monetization opportunities while meeting global greenhouse gas emission reduction targets.
