Adegbamigbe to students, teachers: Work hard academically – ITREALMS

Former Director, Curriculum Services Department, Lagos State Ministry of Education, Mrs. Esther Ibukun Adegbamigbe, has called on students, teachers, as well as academic publishers to work hard, reports

She also said that by their working hard at various fields will speak excellently for them irrespective of their tribe, gender, religion.

The former director made this call during her retirement and humanity award for job well done by the Publisher and staff members of Angels Expression Limited, held at, Ikeja, Lagos.

Adegbamigbe noted that the Curriculum Services Department Ministry of Education Lagos State, under her leadership did not promote biasness in the education sector, rather it encouraged hard work through research and innovations.

She commended organisers of the award ceremony for their efforts and prayed that God will bless them in all their endeavors.

Adegbamigbe maintained that despite the challenges, education is still the key to success therefore people should take education seriously.

Publisher, Angels Expressions Limited and organiser of the event, Mr. Michael Igele said the humanity award was given because regardless of accolades, opinions, obstacles, or remunerations, the awardee has demonstrated the highest human qualities, love and sacrifice.

"As she has moved beyond personal circumstances to make life better for others people under her leadership," he said.

A director at Angels Expressions Limited, Mrs. Koko Igele in her remarks said the awardee has worked tirelessly to overcome the challenges that are synonymous with her job, thereby effecting positive changes that have put lasting smiles on many faces. You inspire even the best of us, we find you worthy of today’s honour as one of the role models of the human spirit.

A member of Angels Expressions Limited, Mrs. Comfort Chibuike said her organisation recognises all that the awardee has done to make our world a better place for people therefor decided to honour her.
