Halilu, the Overseeing Officer (OO) of the Scientific Equipment Development Institute (SEDI), Minna, Niger State Dr. John A. Hemen has committed the Heads of Department (HoDs) of the institute to a similar performance bond.

The SEDI Minna agreement signing between the OO and HoDs occurred on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the institute. According to Dr. Hemen, the event underscored SEDI-Minna's commitment to excellence and innovation and “this agreement serves as a framework to align departmental goals with NASENI's overarching objectives.”
