A senatorial hopeful and chairman of OpenMedia Group, Dr. Ernest Ndukwe has scaled through the primaries of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) held at the weekend in Anambra State, ITRealms reports.

Dr. Ndukwe emerged the candidate of APGA for the Anambra South Senatorial seat and is expected to battle for the seat with other candidates of various political parties including Hon. Chuma Nzeribe, reportedly defeated Senator Andy Ubah, the incumbent.

Hon. Nzeribe was a two-term member of the National Assembly at the lower house, the House of Representative and former Security Adviser to Anambra State before now.
