Hopefully, this will stimulate job creation in the out-sourcing sector. This is similar to the stimulant that the UK parliament has done with the it contract jobs london field.
It also entails sales training for the NITDA's sales and marketing team for their service solutions. It also will generate jobs for marketing professionals.
Wow. That's a lot of money. With that amount there will be enough to cover just about every outsourcing need possible - from customer support to even hiring a website design company.
Great advantage for outsourcing companies that need call centre technology. Thanks for the info!
Great start for Nigeria! Better yet, start the outsourcing ideas to help sales increase for NITDA since more people will be reached through their automated call distributor (the one they use to connect your call to the proper agent depending on your concern) and live agents.
