CS can handle requests seamlessly – Oyediran

Chief executive of Contact Solutions (CS) Limited, Mr. Sonny Oyediran, has said that with the firm’s Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) state-of-the-arts equipment that they can handle any request seamlessly.
According to him, the functionalities of CTI deployed by Contact Solutions, in addition to well-trained representatives, that the firm can handle any kind of request from clients across all the sectors of the economy.

In a chat with newsmen at the 2006 edition of Computer, Telecommunications and Office Equipment (CTO-2006) in Lagos, Mr. Oyediran said that with the capacity to accommodate 900 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Contact Solutions is ready to transform the face of customers relationships in the country.
Corroborating, the Sales and Marketing Manager at Contact Solutions Limited, Ms Candy Agu, said that they are well-equipped to face the Nigerian market squarely and bring the required change in the Customer Relations Management (CRM) of companies who engage their services.
Contact Solutions specializes on deployment of CIT to engender values to customer relations.

She also said, they have been receiving exciting responses since the company roll out operations in January.

“Our core value added is helping companies locally to retain their customers. This is our main goal,” she asserted.

Ms Agu further said, CS basically work with databases of customers provided by the clienteles.
Explaining that usually, they dedicate telephone numbers for customers to call in when needed from various clients.
She emphasised that very soon, CS would host a workshop as part of efforts to create more awareness on the offerings of the firm.
